The Thing

In Carpenter’s horrifying classic, a scientists’ outpost in Antarctica is infiltrated by an alien lifeform that can enter any body undetected and violently metamorphose into a simulacrum of its victim. With this monster on the loose, the isolated men become suspicious of one another and, even worse, begin to doubt themselves. A graphic adaptation of John W. Campbell's novella Who Goes There?, The Thing features a gallery of jaw-dropping creatures by effects whiz Rob Bottin, a score by master composer Ennio Morricone, and gorgeous ’scope compositions that make it a must for the big screen.
